Dave joined BAE Systems as an EW Advisor in December 2018. His primary focus is the provision of EW and Operational subject matter expert advice to the development, delivery and operation of the Royal Saudi Air Force Localised Typhoon EW Programming (LTEWP) capability.  Dave’s secondary roles and responsibilities include the provision of Warfare and EW advice to a broad range of pan-environmental BAE research and capability development activities.

Prior to joining BAE, Dave served in the RN for over 41 years, during which he undertook a variety of single Service, Joint and Allied Warfare related operational appointments ranging from the Falklands to the Far East.  His final 8 years of service were spent at the Air Warfare Centre RAF Waddington, where he was responsible for the provision of Electronic Warfare Operational Support (EWOS) to deployed UK Joint Forces (Maritime, Land and Air), the delivery of EW advice (operational planning and future capability development) to UK Defence/Allies and assisting Joint Forces Command in the development of the UK’s future approach to operations in the Electromagnetic Environment (EME) and Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA).
